.Net Salesforce Developer

A leading software development company that specialises in creating software solutions with over 700 clients across the UK and Ireland are looking for a

.Net Developer/Salesforce Developer with a background or keen interest in Salesforce development to upscale and streamline our Irish Utility switching service.

This role is based in our Wallingford near Oxford and Reading alongside a team of senior and junior developers, you will be forming the core of their new intake of developers as they continue to upskill and expand their team.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain a collection of .Net 7 Azure Web APIs used to integrate our Salesforce platform with 3rd party services.
• Maintain and streamline our Salesforce Sales and Service Experience cloud organization.
• Work collaboratively with a multifaceted development team
• Design and implement efficient code, ensuring the performance, security, and maintainability of applications.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to improve and maintain our software and business processes.

Requirements

• Salesforce or .NET development experience (Apex/C#)
• Experience working with Asynchronous processes in .Net and Apex
• Experience working with Unit Testing.
• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs
• Experience working with GIT based source control (Github, Bitbucket, etc…)
• An aptitude for working with non-technical clients or stakeholders in the resolution of technical requests.
• Experience working with relational databases and their query languages (Microsoft SQL Server -TSQL, Oracle Database - SOQL)

Nice to Haves

• Demonstrable experience in both Salesforce and .Net development will stand out.
• Experience deploying .Net applications to Azure services.
• Experience with Mocking frameworks. (e.g. Nsubstitute or FFLib Apex Mocks).

They are a small but growing business, salary offered c£40k, working hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm, Private healthcare and a Pension scheme and work from home 1 day a week.
