SalaryAvanti Recruitment are working with a leading company in the printing sector who are looking for a .NET Software Developer to join their team.
They have an unrivaled scalable IT Infrastructure and manufacturing plant with allows them to produce nearly 1 billion photos per year. Their clients include the biggest names in the UK market and they are expanding into Europe quickly. They manage to do all of this with a small but highly skilled technical team (about 15 people) who prioritise high-quality code and continuous innovation.
Their office is cool as well as they actually manufacture there, meaning you can see your work come to life.
During busy periods they will go from their usual 270 employees to 600 employees, this means they manage all of the demand with a very small team of people.
They are now looking for a mid/senior level developer as they are going through a replacement programme to replace one of their solutions, once this is completed the types of projects you will be focusing on are:
- In house written software.
- Creating efficient workflow for operations.
- Enhancing software functionality.
- Building user interfaces.
Primarily using: C#, MS SQL, Typescript/JavaScript
Beneficial: WCF, MVC &VB.NET
The role is different day to day as they are using cutting edge technology. You will be working in a fast paced business where the opportunities for growth are massive.
They offer up to a 50k salary, private Bupa healthcare, bonus depending on profit target which on successful months has been up to 20% which is really great and a hybrid working pattern. The majority of their team are currently working 2/3 days in office and the remainder from home but that totally depends on your preference.
