An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Net Zero Analyst, to join our thriving UK Medical Device Manufacturing Company to work within our Environmental, Health & Safety Department.
We are looking to recruit a Net Zero Analyst, who will be responsible for calculating the carbon footprint for all sites and product ranges, as well as developing, managing, and implementing Intersurgicals carbon reduction Net Zero strategy, setting benchmarking and targets for the business.
The successful candidate will have experience working with carbon reporting, including scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, and working with supply chains and stakeholders to actively work together in reducing emissions. The candidate should have a good understanding of relevant Net Zero, environmental & sustainability policies & legislation and will support all departments throughout the business in the delivery of the company’s Net Zero strategy.
Desirable Experience/Qualifications:
• Experience and knowledge of sustainability practices such as Net Zero strategies and carbon/energy reporting, ideally in the manufacturing sector
• Qualification or degree in Environmental, Sustainability or Carbon Management subjects or equivalent level qualification
• Experience with relevant ISO standards including ISO 14001
