SalaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional with NetSuite experience to join this prestigious organisation in the role of Netsuite Administrator. You will be joining a well-respected and prestigious organisation based in London. This exciting hybrid role offers the opportunity to become a NetSuite super user whilst working on various financial related tasks which include bank reconciliation, managing the AP process and working on month-end tasks for the central function.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership in managing the case management system and ensure queries are being dealt with in a timely manner
- Assist with data migration for newly acquired entities
- A proven process system changes
- Create/ manage reports and saved searches
- Run training sessions when required and produce a maintain NetSuite guides
- Support central finance month end accounting deliverables
- Process invoices on a weekly basis and ensure suppliers are paid on time
- Assist with ad hoc project work
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience within a finance function
- Experience working with NetSuite as an administrator
- Experience managing workflows and/ or scripts (SS 1.0, 2.0, 2.1) (desirable)
- An IT or Accounting/ Finance related degree (desirable)
- Basic understanding and application of debits and credits
- Experience with NetSuite and resolving system issues
- Broad market, financial risk, and business acumen
- Highly professional manner, acting with integrity
- Enthusiastic, positive, and proactive attitude
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Thorough, diligent, and inquisitive approach
- Excellent time management, ability to plan and prioritise work affectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable and confident working either independently/ remotely or contributing as part of a high performing team
