My client based in Huntingdon are currently recruiting for a Network Administrator to join their small friendly team on a full-time permanent basis. Offering a salary of £22-25,000 depending on experience and working hours of 8:30 - 17:00. There will be the opportunity to progress in the role at your speed and ability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer service issues over the phone.
- Liaising with Account Managers and Senior Management Team in a timely manner.
- Thoroughly investigating each complaint assigned.
- Challenging to refine and improve the customer service processes.
- Handling complaints and any issues raised by customers from start to finish.
- Keeping internal and external stakeholders aware of progress and delivering a resolution.
- Using bespoke inhouse systems for data cleanse and administration tasks.
