A local cutting-edge telecommunications company is seeking a talented Network Engineer with expertise in 4G, 5G, Linux, and telecommunications systems. As a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and exceptional service for customers.
Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain 4G and 5G network infrastructure, including base stations, routers, switches, and associated components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop network architecture plans that meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure optimal network performance.
• Perform regular network monitoring, analysis, and optimization to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall network efficiency.
• Conduct system upgrades, patches, and configurations to keep the network infrastructure up-to-date and secure.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders on network-related matters.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Network Engineer, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• In-depth knowledge of 4G and 5G technologies, protocols, and standards.
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems and network administration tools.
• Strong understanding of IP networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and subnetting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Linux & scripting skills essential.
