You will be tasked with visiting clients around the UK providing excellent customer service and solving complex networking issues on the latest solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Deployment and Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for our diverse client base. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to ensure optimal performance.
• Connectivity Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique networking requirements and provide innovative solutions. Deploy and configure network devices to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Network Security: Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard client networks against potential threats. Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to proactively address emerging risks.
• Diagnosis and Resolution: Perform thorough network analysis to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Conduct regular assessments to optimize network performance and reliability.
• Cutting-Edge Technologies: Stay at the forefront of networking technologies and industry best practices. Leverage your expertise to recommend and implement the latest advancements that enhance our clients' network capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Network Field Engineer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, security measures, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and interface effectively with clients.
