Network/Infrastructure Manager

Network/Infrastructure Manager - £50,000 - £55,000 - Nottingham (Fully onsite)

We are looking for a talented candidate to join my client's technology team to help them optimise, develop, maintain, audit, and safeguard their group's IT network and infrastructure. As a member of their team, you will mentor and guide junior members and facilitate installations on-site for the replacements of PCs and systems.

Requirements:

• Creating yearly risk assessments and working with auditors and insurers to maintain group cyber security.
• Create and execute both short- and long-range strategic blueprints aimed at guaranteeing that our infrastructure capacity aligns with both current and future demands.
• Oversee and facilitate PCI-DSS compliance throughout the group, including any necessary questionnaires or audits with third-party suppliers.
• Great 3rd party management skills from service providers (Telecoms and Security etc) and for contractors and outsourcers.
• Lead the creation and supervise the execution of business processes and company policies, such as Information Security, Network Security, and Business Continuity Management.
• Establish a Service Desk Management function that adheres to best practices for the entire group.
• Experience working in commerce.
• Deploying and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, and site-specific installations for replacing desktops, laptops, tablets, and new store systems.
• Offer 1st and 2nd line support, addressing hardware and software issues, and resolving technical and application-related problems. Additionally, manage helpdesk activities for back-office applications.
• Experience with Azure and related stack, as well as data migration from on-prem to cloud.
• Ensure all systems are backed up and disks are taken off-site where required.

• Experience and knowledge around 3CX
