Your Opportunity: Join a distinguished supplier and installer of domestic and commercial flooring in the North West. We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Account Manager for our Mossley location. This is more than a job; it's a chance to advance in a dynamic sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and enhance relationships with new and existing clients.
- Guide clients in selecting appropriate products, providing precise cost estimates.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective post-sales follow-up.
- Hit sales targets by identifying and capitalising on new opportunities.
- Stay informed of the latest industry trends, product promotions, and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Sales or account management experience, preferably in the flooring industry.
- Strong communication skills and adeptness in building client relationships.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM software is beneficial.
- Must own a car and can drive.
Benefits:
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Pension scheme and sick pay.
- GBP25k basic salary with an OTE of GBP30k.
- Working Hours - Tue-Fri 9am-5.30pm, Sat 9am-3pm.
