The role is offering a highly competitive package and benefits.Position profileAs FP&A Manager, you will report into the Finance Director and will own the financial planning and decision support function, providing reliable data and analysis to the business. Moreover, you will act as a business partner and trusted advisor to various business areas including senior leadership.You will be involved in but not limited to the following duties:

Manage a team of Finance Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlinesOversee the production of monthly analysis packs for senior leadership teamCoordinate the budgeting and forecasting processes for the business, consolidating inputs from various business unitsDevelop and maintain financial models and scenarios to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and business development opportunitiesPrepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards, highlighting KPI, trends, variances, and risksPartner with business unit heads and functional leaders to provide financial guidance and analysis, identify areas for improvement, and drive cost optimizationCollaborate with the accounting, treasury, tax, and audit teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data and reporting

Person profileHutcheon Mearns is keen to speak with qualified accountants with post qualified experience working in an FP&A, financial analysis and/or modelling based role(s). The successful individual must have experience managing teams with a track record of developing aspirational direct reports. Lastly, the successful individual will have experience of influencing finance and non-finance colleagues at a senior level. This should include being able to utilise various data manipulation and BI tools to supplement the decision-making process.On offerThe role of FP&A Manager is offering the following package:
