SalaryTitle: New Build Mortgage Advisor
Location: Hybrid role 2/3 days a week in Solihull
We are working with a Solihull based Mortgage Brokerage specialising in New Build Mortgages. This role requires someone who already has New Build/new homes mortgage advice experience. The role is a hybrid employed position and having some of your own contacts in the New Build sector is advantageous.
New Build Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
- Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
- Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
- Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
- Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
Experience needed to become a New Build Mortgage Advisor;
- Minimum 1 years as a New Build Mortgage Advisor
- CeMAP and CAS is required
