SalaryTitle: New Build Mortgage Advisor
This company is a large New Build Mortgage brokerage with hundreds of sites across the UK. They are looking for New Build Mortgage Advisors in the following areas - Bristol, Bridgwater, or Exeter. This is a remote/field based role, so you must be based in one of these areas with New Build experience.
New Build Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
- Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
- Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
- Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
- Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
Experience needed to become a New Build Mortgage Advisor;
- Minimum 1 years Mortgage Advisor experience, CeMAP and CAS required.
- Must have New Build experience
- Must have a valid UK drivers license
