Salary We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer / Solicitor to join an established and highly regarded Residential Property Department in Solihull. Based in the heart of the city centre this practice are well regarded and have a strong client base from across both the local area and the wider West Midlands, therefore there will always be a steady & reliable source of work in place.
We are looking for a process-driven, commercially astute and motivated individual to join the busy team who can provide a high level of client care, assisting clients with a range of residential conveyancing matters.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
• Managing a caseload of New Build property matters from inception through to conclusion; sales & purchases, equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
• Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
• Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work
• Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience handling residential conveyancing transactional work. Experience of dealing with New Build matters and developing business is essential.
Must hold a relevant qualification (solicitor, CILEx, CLC) OR have experience of managing your own caseload.
