We are currently on the hunt for an experiencedCall Centre Agentto join a fast-growing mortgage business based at their state-of-the-art offices in Bolton. The business is well established and growing, with a leading reputation within the mortgage world for being one of the best in class.

As a Call Center agent you will become part of the Bridging Team,you’ll be driven and committed toproviding the best outcomes for our customers. The successful Call Centre Agent will be joining a high performing team with hot leads provided. Alongside your team of experienced Call Centre Agent colleagues, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment that truly rewards high performers well in terms of financial recompense and additional rewards and benefits. Being the first point of contact for customers & carrying out an initial fact find call, capturing the data required to pass over to one of our qualified bridging advisers

As a Call Centre Agent, you will work Monday to Friday on a flexible shift basis.We are looking for someone who has current or recent experience in a regulated finance company & experience of broking/lending in the mortgage market. If you’re an experienced Call Centre Agent, with at least 12 months experience working in a busy, high pressured call centre environment.
