Business Development Manager
This is an exciting new opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a company based in Haddenham on a full-time basis, working 35 hours a week (raising to 37.5 hours after the first quarter) with a 1pm finish every Friday. Who wouldn't love an early finish on a Friday?
This is a fully office-based role with free parking.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Generating leads and opportunities to create and maintain a sustainable Sales Pipeline
- Converting pipeline opportunities into real business as per agreed targets and sales forecasts
- Assisting in developing New Business opportunities into long term business
- Advising the business on marketing and sales strategies applicable to specific market sectors
- Creating strategic Account Plans for new customers and business opportunities
- Developing good working relationships with key decision makers
- Ensuring the business exceeds customer expectations with feedback to Senior Management
To be successful for this position, you will have a good understanding of the manufacturing methods of plastics, metals, and electronics. You must also have strong communications skills, with the ability to take on complex technical data and and actions, as well as the ability to work calmly and effectively in pressurised environments to meet deadlines.
