The New Business Development Manager role will require to have several years’ of experience within a sales role and with proven success selling to large, global organisations, selling B2B new technology and digital bespoke software services solutions.
Duties of the Role:
Comfortable with sales to senior level individuals’ and corporate businesses
- Driven to achieving agreed sales targets.
- Knowledge and understanding of assigned accounts, conducting appropriate research and segment in order to plan and executive effective sales activities.
- Meeting KPI’s for client contacts, meetings and sales pipeline.
- Generating leads using different channels, via telephone calling, online and face to face meetings, digital marketing and networking.
- Recording all KPI activity onto a CRM system, prepare reports for all client meeting and regularly submit sales forecasts and sales activity reports.
- Create commercial proposals.
The successful candidate must have the following skills:
- Experience of meeting with and dealing with corporate clients, selling B2B technology software and services solutions using a consultative approach
- Experience of preparing and presenting bespoke software and digital solution
- Energy to generate and follow up on sales leads
- Effective people skills to build long-term relationships
- Excellent analytical, planning and organisational skill
- Pro-active and creative with selling new technology
