Address TSR Legal are delighted to be working on a newly created position for a highly recommended legal 500 law firm offering a Commercial Litigation Associate with at least 4 year’s PQE to join the established and busy Commercial Litigation department in its Swansea office.
You will enjoy an extremely varied caseload across a range of commercial matters, including, but not limited to, shareholder & partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, land & property claims building & construction disputes, receivership & liquidation claims and debt recovery.
This is a hands-on position, so you will ideally need at least two years’ experience within Commercial Litigation, but it will be rewarding as there will be lots of support to enable your technical skills to flourish.
With a straightforward approach, our client understands that real value lies within its people, so there is a particular emphasis on developing staff and providing any training that may be required.
