New Deals Implementation Manager

AXA Commercial have an opportunity for a New Deals Implementation Manager to join the Schemes and Delegated Authority (SDA) team.You’ll be responsible for the implementation and management of new schemes by ensuring efficient on-boarding, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring seamless transitions into our business. You’ll also have the opportunity to support the New Deals Manger in prospecting for new opportunities for SDA.We offer bespoke development plans and tailored mentoring to support you and help you cultivate your skills along your journey with us and offer you the tools to maximise your potential to become a high achieving part of the team.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our offices, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you’ll be doing:
Achieve a top line plan through an understanding and practical application of our onboarding process and implementation of schemes methodology.
Drive awareness of the SDA proposition and value-add services by promoting opportunities through increasing AXA product density and delivery of growth plans.
Support the New Deals Manager in prospecting and marketing activities externally and reporting activities internally.
Build excellent external and internal relationships at all levels, establishing trusted partnerships with a focus of Delegated Authorities (DA) strategies and agreed joint objectives.
Achievement and demonstration of full compliance with regulatory requirements, conduct and underwriting governance frameworks.
Consistently deliver first-class service to all stakeholders.
