We are currently looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join our Sales team. As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our New Build Properties across East Riding/ East Yorkshire. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, and supporting customers through the sales process.
Our ideal candidate has a strong sales background in New Build Sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You should be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Requirements
Outline of Key responsibilities for the New Homes Sales Consultant
- Generating leads and identifying potential customers within the East Riding area.
- Conducting property viewings and providing detailed information about the properties.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with other team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- To aid the advertisement and marketing of properties for sale, using different methods of marketing communications, which best suit current market conditions and demographics.
- To provide market research and appraisals to support investment decisions for new developments and to assist in the creation of reports for sales and marketing purposes.
- To maintain and update the home-owner procedures, other appropriate guidance, and related standard letters and pro-formas.

- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Proven experience of New Build Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Knowledge of the local property market is a plus.
- Ability to work on your own and use initiative to meet desired outcomes

- Starting salary of £28,173
- Opportunity to earn quarterly bonus of up to £500
