Job Description:
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective buyers in their journey to find their dream home within our new residential developments. Your primary duties will include:
- Engaging with potential buyers via phone, email, and in-person interactions to understand their needs and preferences.
- Showcasing the features and benefits of our New Homes, providing comprehensive information on floor plans, amenities, and pricing.
- Guiding clients through the purchasing process, from initial inquiries to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Collaborating with the sales team and developers to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the project.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:
- No prior experience in New Homes Sales necessary; however, a background in phone sales, car sales, lettings or any other KPI environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive demeanor to effectively close sales.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and trends is a plus, but not required.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
