My client is looking for someone with current New Homes Sales experience to join their thriving New Homes department. You will be someone who enjoys being able to tie everything together; from identifying new developments, marketing, pricing, sales strategy and general operational co-ordination with the New Homes Sales Director, as well as the New Homes Team.
If you’re adaptable, flexible, and can spin lots of plates at a time, you will be ace.
Client
My client is a multi-branched Estate Agent covering Surrey and Hampshire. You will be based out of their Hampshire office, with regular travel to the other offices. They look after their staff, and after years of success, they are on an ambitious growth period.
Job Requirements
- To work with the New Homes Director on Strategy and Process for New Homes
- To drive the New Homes sales through the residential offices
- Lead, manage and review each offices team performance
- To become the first point of contact for corporate clients
- To implement and maintain processes at the highest level
- Quality Control of New Homes and Site Marketing
- To ensure group have full knowledge of all New Homes stock and incentives
- Monitor and report staff KPI’s
- To manage weekend requirements of sites, logistics and recruit any ancillary staff where necessary.
- Process reservations as per each development requirements.
- Aid pricing New Homes sites and new site pitches
- Planning - Knowledge of future developments
Location: Fleet
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8.30 - 6.00pm
- Saturdays on notice as and when sites launch, with a day off in lieu
Package:
- £30k basic and £45k OTE
- Mileage cover
- Holiday
