SalarySales Negotiator - Newbury Based
A large residential developer who specialise in high end property are currently looking a several Sales Negotiators in Newbury
All levels of experience are considered but the successful candidate must have strong customer service skills, must thrive in a target based role & would have good knowledge of the New Homes Sales sector, please see below day to day duties:
- Conducting viewings around the show homes & selling off plan units
- Working within a team to ensure sales targets are met
- General upkeep of the sales & marketing suite
- Keeping up to date with competitors within the area
- Ensuring you have good knowledge of the development & its USP's
- Sales Progression
- Chasing sales leads
- Calling through internal database
