Sales Negotiator - Hertfordshire Based

A large residential developer who specialise in high end property are currently looking a several Sales Negotiators in the several areas Hertfordshire - all levels of experience are considered.

All levels of experience are considered but the successful candidate must have strong customer service skills, must thrive in a target based role & would have good knowledge of the New Homes Sales sector, please see below day to day duties:

• Conducting viewings around the show homes & selling off plan units
• Working within a team to ensure sales targets are met
• General upkeep of the sales & marketing suite
• Keeping up to date with competitors within the area
• Ensuring you have good knowledge of the development & its USP's
• Sales Progression
• Chasing sales leads
• Calling through internal database
