New Homes Sites Sales Consultant

Brook Street are recruiting for a New Homes Site Sales Consultant, where you'll be based at our clients Sales Office site at Marton Meadows, Gainsborough. Your days will be filled with exciting responsibilities including:

• Registering client details and understanding their needs
• Booking and conducting property viewings to showcase our beautiful homes
• Negotiating offers between developers and buyers to ensure a successful sale
• Collaborating with your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve high standards
• Canvassing for new business and actively engaging with the local community
• Preparing contracts and terms to secure sales
• Advertising properties through various channels including social media posts, quick sneak peek videos, leaflets, and photography
• Referring clients to our internal resources such as legal services and mortgage advisers

• A demonstrable track record of success in a target-driven role within Estate Agency, preferably with knowledge or experience in New Homes
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your skills to advance your career in the property industry
• A drive to work hard and achieve success

What's on Offer:

In return for your dedication, our client offers:

• A basic annual salary of £25,000, with an OTE of £40,000
• Uncapped commission scheme with bonuses for appointments arranged, legal sign-ups, and sale completions
• Working hours from Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5pm (winter) & 11am to 6pm (summer)
