Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Identifying and attracting top talent in the technology sector
• Conducting interviews and assessments to assess candidate suitability
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Providing consultative advice to clients on recruitment strategies
