As a New Product Development Lead, you'll spearhead the creation of tantalising new menu offerings that captivate our customers' taste buds.
From concept to launch, you'll be instrumental in bringing fresh and exciting flavours to life.

Responsibilities of the New Product Development Lead:

• Lead end-to-end Product Development for new food and beverage offerings, focusing on desserts, brunch, and beverages.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the products meet high standards.
• Stay ahead of market trends to ensure their offerings remain relevant and enticing.
• Develop detailed specifications and allergen information for the products.
• Coordinate successful product launches across all locations.
• Present products with flair and passion to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements of the New Product Development Lead

• 3-4 years of experience in Product Development or similar roles.
• Previous experience in casual dining or fast food development is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and costing software.
• Strong culinary skills paired with commercial awareness.
• Excellent understanding of food safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
