TSR Legal are a leading national recruitment consultancy with head offices in Central Cardiff.

This is a brand new opportunity to expand the team with the addition of a Recruitment Resource / Paralegal

The Recruitment Resource / Paralegal will be responsible for:

• legal research

• gathering commercial information on clients or potential clients

• proactively resource potential legal candidates

• search and selection

• produce related news articles

• support business development / database / client relations activity

We are looking for someone who is extremely tenacious, hardworking, and enthusiastic.

We operate in a competitive marketplace and are ideally looking for someone who can demonstrate experience working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least one of the following:

• recruitment experience (professional services)

• experience working in a law firm (Paralegal))

• a strong commercial awareness

• good organisation and communication skills
