My client are a growing National Law Firm who are specialists in their field who are looking to recruit a Two Team Administrators to join their team in Cardiff Bay. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known business whose clients are global, household names
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a Legal or Professional Services environment, including Financial Services.
As a Legal Administrator your duties will include:
- Prepare any Legal documents needed to support the team
- Answering phones and taking messages for the team
- Updating and amending the internal system
- Assisting with invoicing and billing clients
- Dealing with confidential and sensitive matters appropriately
As a Legal Administrator you will have the following skills:
- Previous Administration experience ideally in a Legal or Professional environment
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Comfortable working towards deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
