THE ROLE 1 : Full time (8:30-3:30, Mon-Fri) Position 1 – Reception TA
The ideal candidate would be EYFS trained and have experience of teaching within EYFS
Experienced in working with children with SEND
Must be able to commit to work full time and potentially 4 weeks into the Summer term to support the class teacher’s phased return
Is punctual
Is willing to work outdoors in all weathers
Is a team player- willing to support in any aspect of teaching/preparation/planning
Has high standards including high-quality interactions with adults and children
Could start straight awayTHE ROLE 2: Y4 TA 5 days 8:30-13:00
This position is to work with a small group of Y4 pupils, directed by the class teacher/phase lead.
The ideal candidate would need to have experience of working in Y4
Experience of SEND
Candidate must have very strong reading, writing and maths knowledge
Must be able to commit to work full time up
Is punctual
Is a team player- willing to support in any aspect of teaching/preparation
Has high standards including high-quality interactions with adults and children
Could start straight awayTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be suitably qualified for this role
- Must have (or be willing to apply immediately for) an enhanced DBS.
- Will ideally have a subscription to the Update Service.
