My client is looking for a talent Newly Qualified Architect/ Part 3 to join their social practice based in Dorking. A RIBA-chartered practice who are pioneers of sustainable architecture within both residential and community sectors. This award-winning team of industry professionals have grown exponentially since their establishment over 2 decades ago. This post offers the opportunity to join a friendly and passionate team with several accredited Passivhaus Designers and Retrofit coordinators. The successful candidate can expect to work on a variety of projects between GBP1-GBP20million.

An ideal candidate would have strong written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that the candidate is able to demonstrate strong Revit skills.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect/ Part 3:

• ARB-registered Architect/ RIBA Part 3 Qualification (essential)
• Several years' UK experience (essential)
• Proficient on Revit (essential)
• Experience within the residential sector (desirable)
• Positive and motivated attitude
• Strong client-engagement skills
• Excellent team-working skills
• Able to work autonomously as required
