My client is looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect/ Part 3 to join their social office based in Milton Keynes. A RIBA-chartered practice who have developed a diverse portfolio of clientele across the UK and boast 6 bustling offices. This AJ100 practice have won several awards for their innovation within the Architectural industry and are considered industry leaders across a variety of sectors, including: Residential, Leisure, Heritage, Commercial and Conservation. This post offers the opportunity to work alongside industry giants from the worlds of Ecology, Interior Design, Construction and Architecture. The successful candidate can expect to work in a collaborative environment that offers a excellent opportunities for career development and exposure.

An ideal candidate would have strong written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that the candidate has strong AutoCAD skills.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect/ Part 3:

• RIBA Part 3 Qualification (essential)
• Several years' UK post-qualification experience (essential)
• Proficient in AutoCAD (essential)
• Good understanding of Revit
• Confident engaging with clients/contractors
• Excellent technical competency
• Strong understanding of current building regulations and requirements
• Positive and motivated attitude
