Families and Children’s Services - Empowering Young Lives

We are now accepting applications for the next cohort of Newly Qualified Social Workers to join our Families and Children’s Service.
We are recruiting in teams across Wiltshire including: Support and Safeguarding and Children in Care, Children Young People and Disabilities Team.
Locations available: Trowbridge, Chippenham, Devizes and Salisbury
Our Families and Children's service provides a high quality, efficient and effective social work service. This is an opportunity to join our supportive and friendly team as a Newly Qualified Social Worker, working within a great environment where you’ll be supported.
You will work with a dedicated ASYE Development Manager and receive supervision twice a month, as well as informal support and ongoing guidance for practice. You will receive ongoing training and development which is designed by our designated ASYE Co-ordinator, and you will finish with an end of year group celebration.
If successful in interview, we will offer you a post on successful completion of your degree and the opportunity in the interim to be a paid employee as a Key Worker full or part time ahead of your Social Work England registration on a salary of £33,945 per annum (pro rata for part time staff).
