We offer:
· A competitive pay starting at £36,648 increasing to £37,336, once you have successfully completed your Assessed and Supported Year of Employment (ASYE) programme.
· Retention payment of 7.5% of your starting salary at the end of your second year;
10% at end of third year and then retention payment yearly after this.
