Newly Qualified Social Workers needed in Rochdale to join. Paying up to £24 ph !

Role: To undertake Care Act assessments, Commission Support, undertake mental capacity assessments, safeguarding. The integrated CMHT is a partnership between Rochdale Adult Care and Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust.  Work is generally office based due to the role being integrated and multi-disciplinary.

Essential: Experience of working in a Local Authority Statutory setting with Adults who have a diagnosed mental illness. Experience of undertaking Care Act assessments, Reviews and commissioning support. Completing mental capacity assessments. Facilitating discharges from hospital. Assessing need in the community.
