The Team

Our 100+ strong team of Dispute Resolution lawyers work on a diverse range of complex challenges facing their clients. We focus on outcomes, not just process.

You'll work with clients in the private and public sector across a range of different practice areas. Working as part of a team you'll handle market leading, complex litigation to commercial cases. We have a strong reputation for core litigation services and have developed significant disputes practices in a range of industry sectors/legal specialisms including; Transport, Financial Services, Energy, Pensions, Fraud & White Collar Crime, Banking, IP, Heath & Safety, Food, Agriculture and Real Estate.

What you'll need

• Relevant experience or demonstrable interest in working on high quality and complex legal disputes
• Be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
• Be self-motivated and willing to learn
• Must be qualifying as a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer in 2023
