SalarySanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on a new locum opportunity to work on the Isle of Wight.
Location: Isle of Wight.
Pay Rate: £37 per hour (assignment rate).
Contract Type: Locum, 6 months ongoing.
Main Duties:
- Provide high quality care and treatment in conjunction with other professionals and work in partnership with other agencies to provide seamless, flexible services which meet service user and carer need.
- Be responsible, together with the wider team, for providing care, interventions, and health promotion to people with severe Mental Health problems in the community.
- Undertake a supervisory role in respect to multidisciplinary junior team members and work alongside the Team Leader on clinical issues such as therapeutic approaches and care co-ordination.
- Work as an autonomous practitioner, as well as taking all opportunities to become actively involved in training and teaching programmes, both within the Trust and the wider community.
Requirements of the Community Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing.
- Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
- Valid NMC Registration.
