In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals facing emergencies, providing calm and precise assistance to gather critical information and dispatch the appropriate response teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer emergency calls and provide reassurance to callers.
- Gather accurate information to assess the nature and urgency of the situation.
- Maintain composure and professionalism during high-pressure situations.
- Utilise computer-aided dispatch systems and other technologies to facilitate timely and accurate responses.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Empathy and the ability to provide reassurance to callers.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
