Location: Sutton
Contract Type/Length: Locum, ongoing contract
Pay Rate: £15 - £17 per hour (Assignment rate)
Shift Pattern: Full Time – part time will be considered

Requirements of the Rehab Assistant:
- NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience in Falls Prevention and frailty
- Experience supporting patients with an exercise programme as set by the therapist
- Experience and skill with various walking aids and OT equipment
- Car driver (preferred)
