We are seeking a creative, highly organised and enthusiastic Night Chefto join our Culinary team. You'll be working from 10.30pm to 7am, covering a minimum of two nights each week.

- Working creatively and flexibly; no two nights are ever the same!
- Making sure our operation runs without hitch, orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed, our service is smooth and our food hygiene standards are sky-high
- Bringing delicious flavours and dishes to our guests, always cooked to the highest standard
- Ensuring every element of the night operation operates smoothly and efficiently; coordinating and organising the night team, inspiring them to achieve their full potential
- Nurturing and developing the talent of the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best in them and where they can be themselves
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
The kind of person we're looking for:
- You have previous experience working as part of a fast-moving, quality driven, culinary team, as either a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie
- Passion for food is a given; a love for our particular style and flavours a definite advantage
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
- You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
