An excellent opportunity for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to work for a prestigious boutique Service Apartments Hotel in Kensington.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Welcoming quests and check in guests' bookings
- Providing room keys and allocating quests to their rooms
- Answering phone calls from prospective quests
- Managing guests' reservations using OPERA booking software
- Being the first point of contact for guests and other visitors
Main Skills required for the role:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to provide welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for guests and other visitors
- Experience using the OPERA booking software is an advantage
Days/Hours of work
This is a full-time role with an immediate start. The shifts will be: 20:00- 08:00 four nights a week and four nights off.
