We are recruiting for Night Luggage Porter for one of the Coolest New opening Hotels coming to Hoxton! Long revered as London’s effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton’s hip new resident is about to hit the scene. The 26-floor art’otel Hoxton (expected in 2024) promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.
As a Master of your Craft, you will…
- Take pride in ensuring our guests have a seamless experience
- Ensure each guest has a memorable experience
- Enjoy collaborating with other departments
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
- Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
- Who will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guest with delivering or storing their luggage and the delivery of packages
- Who possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
- Be available to work 4 on/4 off shift pattern (12-hour shifts)
As our Night Luggage Porter, you will receive:
- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro-rata) - these increase with service!
- Salary: 11£ per hour
