As the Night Manager, you'll:
- Support the Home Manager in providing exceptional care to residents.
- Look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs.
- Make critical clinical decisions based on your professional judgement.
- Develop tailored care plans and administer medicine safely.
