We currently have several exciting opportunities for an enthusiastic individual to take on the important role of Night Network Service Technician.

As one of the successful candidates, your role will be to provide excellent customer service to Thames Water customers by undertaking operational tasks, resolving customer issues and carrying out network valve activities with the least disruption to supplies.

Due to the nature of this role, you can be based from Ashford Or Deephams sites depending on your location.

What you’ll be doing as the Night Network Service Technician

  • Taking personal ownership of customer queries and responding to and resolving issues at their homes or places of work.
  • Working with contractors to do planned and unplanned tasks.
  • Investigating clean water networks to resolve poor performance including high or low pressure, leakage, metering queries, and loss of supply.
  • Helping control burst mains ensuring isolation to facilitate planned work, emergency repairs, and maintenance.
  • You will be expected to work 1 weekend in every 4-weeks.
  • Base Location: Ashford Common - TW15 1RU, Deephams – Enfield, North London - N9 0BA.
  • Working Pattern or hours: 38 hours per week.
  • On a Rotational Shift pattern 20:00-06:30.

  • As the role involves driving daily, the ideal will candidate will hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to drive between jobs.
