What you will bring

- Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel is beneficial
- You will engage and always be successful at making good first and lasting impression
- Must be able to drive and have a full clean UK driving license, held for more than 5 years (and must be over the age of 25yrs to comply with the hotel insurance policy)
Your responsibilities
- Our Night Porters are responsible for being the welcoming face of One Aldwych, always going the extra mile to assist our guests with requests and their luggage
- You will also be responsible for the careful valet parking of guest cars traversing the busy thoroughfare of Covent Garden/ Aldwych
- You will deliver messages and packages for guests and undertake any other requests to ensure their comfort
- You will transport departing guests’ luggage from the room to the lobby, then into a car or taxi
- You will deliver overnight all guests newspapers and carry out guest shoeshine if and when required
