The Sachas Hotel is a 223-Bedroom hotel and our main event facility is the USA Suite, which happens to be one of the biggest conference rooms in the city centre and can accommodate up to 550 guests. The hotel is frequently used for large business events & wedding functions. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Night Reception Supervisor on to the team.

As Night Reception Supervisor, you will be required to:

• Check guests in and out.
• Run the Nights Audit.
• Answering the telephone and address all enquiries.
• Deal with any guest requests.
• Follow hotel fire regulations and procedures.
• Follow all Nights procedures and any other duties as and when required.
• Complete nights cleaning checklist.
• Supervise other members of staff on duty.
• Be responsible for supporting the recruitment of future staff.

The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and efficient. You will have excellent customer service and care. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
