Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently.
- Manage guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor the lobby and common areas to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests.
- Perform administrative tasks such as cash handling, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the premises.
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
