Job Summary

We are currently recruiting Senior Care Staff for our luxurious Care Home client based in Doncaster. Our client is a large home providing nursing care and all levels of residential care for the elderly and those living with dementia.

The successful candidate will be patient and caring and able to provide a quality service to residents within a residential care home environment whilst enabling them to lead an active and independent life whilst also being responsible for a team of healthcare staff.

Job Role

Our Health Care Assistants will: -

· Medication administration

· Provide a high level of care to the residents

· Assist those that require it with:

· Mobility

· Personal Care

· Dressing

· Continence Care

· Initiate and participate in recreational activities

Education, Skills and Qualifications

Skills required are: -

· Ability to carry out Care Plans

· An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care

· Good verbal and written skills

· Good observational skills

· The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships

· Driver’s license and own transport is essential for this role.

Flexible shifts are required including nights and weekends.

Salary: £12.33-£13.56 per hour
