Job Title:  Night Services Supervisor
Contract Type:  Permanent
Salary: £28,262.94 per annum, plus 10%-night shift allowance
Working Hours: 37.5 hrs per week
Working Pattern: Nights 9.30pm-7.30am / someday shifts 12pm-10pm
Location: Middlesbrough

The difference you will make as a Night Services Supervisor.
The Night Supervisor will work nights, as part of a shift rota across a defined Geographical area. 
You will be supervising a team of night workers and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality housing and support service to Riverside clients. 
The focus of the service will be to ensure that the work with the clients is client focused, of a high quality and meets agreed performance targets. Ensuring the night team are supervised effectively. 
About you
We are looking for someone with:

• Proven track record of managing a high-quality customer service function, preferably in the housing sector. 
• Experience of successfully leading, managing, and motivating teams, including managing team performance. 
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work at all levels within the business. 
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
