The Britannia Birmingham is a 214 bedroom-hotel which features the Jenny’s Restaurant, serving fantastic full English buffet breakfast for you to enjoy. Harvey’s Bar provides a place where guests can sit back and relax with a drink or something to eat.
Due to expansion, we are looking for Night Staff who will:
• Check guests in and out and run the night audit.
• Answering the telephone and address all enquiries.
• Deal with any guest requests.
• Look after hotel security and guest welfare at night, maintaining the upmost courtesy and politeness to guests always.
• Conduct regular floor walks and security checks of fire exits and public areas, reporting any irregularities to the manager on duty.
• Have thorough knowledge of all systems and procedures used within the hotel and department and to provide support as and when required.
The ideal candidate will be organized, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent attention to detail and can effectively meet deadlines whilst maintaining high quality service.
