Salary The Restaurant Group is looking for energetic and attentive individual to join their team working as a Storeperson in one of their Prestigious Restaurants in Heathrow Airport. The purpose of this role is to provide an effective and efficient service for the daily operation of the kitchen and restaurant ensuring health and safety standards are met.
The key responsibilities of this back of house role include:
- Inspect all deliveries for quantity, quality, use by date and correct temperature
- Ensure all deliveries are put away correctly
- Follow strict stock guidelines within shared storage areas
- Making sure products are rotated, checking expiry/used by date labels, making sure products that have expired are not issued out of the storeroom
- Waste remove and general ad hoc duties as required by the Manager
- Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are met
